Before you hand us the keys.
You pay a flat service fee (shown at booking) plus the actual cost of gas at the pump and your chosen car wash package. No markups on fuel or the wash. You'll see the full estimated total before you confirm.
Text or call us as soon as you know. If the driver hasn't left yet, we can cancel or push up the drop-off time at no charge. If the car is already in transit, we'll return it as fast as we can — usually within 30 minutes of your call.
Our current partner stations include Shell, Chevron, 76, and ARCO locations across San Diego. You pick your preferred station during booking. We're adding new locations regularly — if yours isn't listed, join the waitlist and we'll notify you when coverage expands to your area.
Yes. All Scrub and Pump drivers carry commercial auto insurance that covers your vehicle while it's in our care. In the rare event of any incident, we handle it — you're not left navigating an insurance claim on your own.
